Standard Display Package - Includes 1-2 decorated buffet displays on either 6’ or 8’ banquet tables (you must provide tables). Display comes with decorations that will take up the back 24” of tables. The food will go in containers on the front 12” of the table or on connecting 60” round tables. We ask that you provide the tables, colored cloth, skirting and 6” plates and utensils. Small serving tongs are also needed. All you do is add cheese, fruit and vegetables with dip to the buffet. Each standard display costs $295.00 to set-up, man the table at the event, and cleanup.
Custom displays are available for additional charges.
Each additional display at the event will cost the following:
1 additional table - $225
2 additional tables - $200 each
3 additional tables - $ 150 each
These tables can be used as action stations around the room.
Ex: A standard Tropical Island of two tables costs $295.00. Three action tables of one table each will cost $150 per table or $450 additional. Total cost to decorate event will be $745.00 ($295 + $450). If you had 200 people and charged $3 for the standard table and $4.50 for each action station, you would make $16.50 per person. The cost of the decorations would be $3.73 per person. Total cost to the client is $20.23. Your food cost depending on the action station should be around $10. This means that your profit is $6.50 x 200 =$1,300. Not bad for a one or two hour cocktail reception. Add dinner and a bar and you have had a great night.

Head Table tulle and lights - $85.00
Cake Table tulle and lights - $45.00
Gift Tables, sign-in table, seating card table - $40 each
Custom Hand-Painted Coconuts $60.00 Great with Tropical Island (Award or for a Wedding).

Payment is due when the display is delivered to the event. You are liable for any breakage, theft or other damage to the display decorations and will be billed for replacement cost as listed in the inventory book.
