Buffet Displays was founded by Mr. Chris O’Donnell, owner and president. Mr. O’Donnell has spent the last 16 years in banquet facilities, private clubs, restaurants and a university in Miami, Florida. Over this period in time, Mr. O’Donnell has developed a solid knowledge and experience in the field of catering and special events.

While managing these facilities, Mr. O’Donnell developed a unique concept of building attractive and unique buffet decorations for his clients. As champagne fountains came and went and so did chocolate fountains, Mr. O’Donnell decided to create new 24 original Buffet Displays to add a new element to the catering and banquet business in the St. Louis area.

Mr. O’Donnell once said, ”Our customers and clients today are looking for something fresh, new, exciting and will give their guests a “WOW” experience. It is our job to make our clients look good.” Guests are overjoyed and continue to talk about each creative display they experience.

Most displays light up and glow as the lights are turned down in the room. Some have a musical touch as well. As a caterer, it is your responsibility to add your creative touch to the food and fill-in the front and sides of the Display. With over 24 original designs and many more custom creations, Mr. O’Donnell can help create the atmosphere you and your clients seek.
